Often, a short-term crisis management professional serving as interim management is an attractive alternative to making a permanent change in such critical times.
The crisis management professional possesses skills specifically required to stabilize a crisis situation, which are not necessarily the same skills needed to manage long-term redirection and growth of the company.
During a crisis situation, the Centrus professional will normally assume the duties of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Sales Manager, Trustee or Receiver.
Unlike other consulting firms, we accept the full scope and responsibility of these positions, including hiring or firing decisions, as well as accepting fiduciary responsibility over company assets. As your crisis management professional, our duties would include
